A petroleum oil pipeline in Dalian was on fire

About 18 o’clock on July 16th, a petroleum oil pipeline nearby Dalian Hsin Kang has the detonation to be on fire. The burning pipeline is a land oil pipeline of 900 mm diameter for crude oil tank. This caused the 700 millimeters pipeline on fire later. It caused at least 50 square kilometers ocean near the sea to suffer from pollution.
Dalian city production safety supervision bureau deputy director-SunBenJiang said on 18th that whether the accident liability is oil tanker or CNPC cannot be judged now.
