Summarize my experience of studying the web design to share with others. I hoped to obtain more suggestions of others.
One: color matching
Actually, the feeling to the color is the most basic quality which the designer should have. No matter the web page interface, the system interface, or the product packaging and so on, color has the widespread application. For the art designing designer, color is more importantly one kind of feeling, likely plays basketball shooting feel. It needs to look more and practice more. This kind of feeling will be may created by posteriori practice. In the usual daily life, we have many observation opportunities, for example the signboards of companise, hotels, restaurants and all kinds of placards.
The designer generally has such several stages to the color utilization.
1 Initial stage: Uses that the best 1~2 kind of colors of oneself first showing feeling. Do not consider other factors or other people’s feeling.
2 Excessive stages: Start to feel that 1-2 kind of colors is monotonous. Attempt different colors as far as possible. This stage is extremely easy to appear the phenomenon randomly with no goal.
3 Mature stages: This stage is to understand the populace to the color esthetic appreciation. Start to rationally use 1~2 kinds of colors matches. Be able to realize the hairlike distinction of the same color’s different chromatic value. Mostly designers are in this stage.
4 ultimate stages: use one kind of color to acme. Even only use the black, white and lgray. Immerse completely some kind of color, even a little abnormal. But their creation effect lets the designer in other stages understood at a glance that is master behavior.
Actually this is also the constantly sturdy and accumulation process. In this process, the color feeling will only be then promoted.
Two: layout
The art designing designer besides must have the good feeling to the color, must have the very good assurance to the layout. Combination quality immediate influence work effect. Actually completes the topological design is not very difficult, nothing but following several steps.
1 Layout preparation: be clear about the main body part of your expression content to need which essential words and the pictures. Do not consider too many details.
2 Layout format: there are a variety of the layout format. On the premise of place the key content under the most conspicuous place, you can choose format free. For the web page, consider according to most people’s browsing order this is from left to right and from top to bottom. We should place the most main content and pictures on page’s left side and above side.
3 Elaborate layouts: it is the deliberation of whole matches colors, the typeface, various modules spacing, the illustration, the fluctuation content and so on each aspect. This step is a delicate work.
I think that most exercising layout method is manufacturing PPT. Wanting to manufacture artistic and simplified PPT is not an easy matter.
Three: details
Detail determines success or failure. This sentence appears more important in design domain. Many details will possibly be neglected by the browsing, but cannot let off to the designer, for instance the background color, the color changes gradually, the spacing between various modules, the title style, the font size, the font color, the good section spacing, the illustration position edge processing, input box height, frame color, frame background color, button position and so on. Only when you look a lot and make comparisons a lot, you could be able to see these details. Some people think that these details do not have greatly obstructed. But when many details combine in with others, it lets people think not comfortably.
